for anyone living or working in Basingstoke and Deane, on their rights and responsibilities.
It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
Basingstoke Citizens Advice Bureau is a local independent charity staffed mainly by unpaid volunteers. They are trustees, advisors, fund-raising, receptionist, clerical.
We are part of the largest citizens advice-giving network in the UK.
The Citizens Advice service aims and principles are:
